Using the site

This site uses no cookies and has no forms. It is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse, keeping it for a limited time in security logs. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website.

Visitor statistics

We count visits with Umami Cloud (Umami Software, Inc.), an analytics tool that uses no cookies and collects no personal data. It records, in aggregate and anonymous form, the page visited, the referring site, the device and browser type and the country. It cannot identify you or follow you across other sites.

Contacting us by email or phone

If you write to us or call us, we use your name, contact details and message only to reply and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your request. We keep this data for as long as needed to handle it and never pass it to third parties for marketing.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to info@yeldon.eu and we will reply within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
